Purpose
This Refund Policy explains the refund terms applicable to research services offered by Growth Master.
Subscription Fees
Fees paid for research services are subject to the terms communicated at the time of subscription.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests, if any, will be considered only in accordance with applicable laws, SEBI regulations and the agreed service terms. Once research services have commenced or reports have been delivered, refunds may not be available unless required by law or specifically agreed.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email. Approval of cancellation does not automatically entitle the subscriber to a refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
